1. Returns Eligibility
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Free from stains, odours, or damage (except manufacturing defects).
Non‑returnable items: Innerwear, lingerie, customized products, and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping address.
- Pack the item securely and send it back using a reliable courier. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product (usually within 3‑5 business days), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Full refund – if the product is returned in original condition.
- Partial refund – if the product shows signs of use or missing parts, a restocking fee may apply.
- No refund – if the product is damaged, used, or not in resellable condition.
Once approved, refunds typically take 5‑10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. This ensures faster processing and inventory availability.
For defective or wrong items, we will replace the product at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all products before shipping. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and you will need to follow the return process.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If returning due to a change of mind, original shipping charges are non‑refundable and you bear the return shipping cost.
- If returning due to a defect or our error, we will reimburse your return shipping cost (up to a reasonable amount) and also refund the original shipping fees.
8. International Returns
Currently, we only ship within India. Returns from outside India are not accepted. Please ensure your shipping address is within India.
